Dear Gluten-Free and Vegan Patrons,

You all are important to us! We wanted you to have a better understanding of the ingredients we use.

Our gluten-free cupcakes are made with a flour that contains garbanzo bean, potato, sorghum, tapioca, and fava bean flours. We understand the importance of cross-contamination; we thoroughly clean our kitchen and equipment prior to initiating baking, we never bake gluten-free and regular cupcakes side-by-side instead beginning any baking day with gluten-free, we use pans and liners specified for gluten-free use only, and we have special storage and handling procedures for our gluten-free product.

Our vegan cupcakes do not contain any animal products: milk, eggs, or butter. We use unbleached organic all-purpose flour and sugar. We also use a butter alternative that contains soy and coconut milk as key ingredients in our product.

Gluten-Free Cupcakes

Caramel Apricot Pecan
A gluten-free moist white cake mixed with chopped apricot and pecan pieces and finished with a sweet caramel frosting. 

Carrot Cake
A dairy-free and gluten-free cake with fresh carrots, coconut, and pineapple chunks; finished with a light glaze, this cupcake is light and moist.

Lemon Pound Cake
A gluten-free refreshing lemon cake (made with real lemon zest!) with a lemon zest glaze. Amazing!

Vanilla Bean Vanilla
A classic Vanilla Vanilla cupcake complete with a gluten-free pretzel. Salty and sweet.

Chocolate Chocolate
A moist Chocolate Chocolate. Simple but delicious.

Mexican Chocolate
Our chocolate cake updated with fun spices finished with our cinnamon chocolate frosting and dusted cinnamon. Warm and inviting.

Strawberry Swirl
This light strawberry and vanilla swirl cupcake proves that everyone loves a delicious pink cupcake!

Chocolate Peanut Butter
A chocolate cake with baked peanut butter center finished with chocolate buttercream and a generous dollop of peanut butter.

Chocolate Chipper
A vanilla cake baked with mini chocolate chips finished with vanilla buttercream and even more chocolate chips.

Lava Fudge
A chocolate cake with chocolate ganache center, finished with vanilla buttercream and chocolate drizzle.

Our vegan chocolate cake complete with amazing orange “cream cheese” frosting. This delicious frosting disappears way too fast!

A cake made of carrots, walnuts, coconut, and pineapple finished with a delicious “cream cheese” frosting.

Our gluten-free cupcakes are now selling at the Peoples Pharmacy in Westlake! It is located at 4201 Westbank Drive in the shopping center across from Westlake High School. While you're stocking up on our cupcakes, check out all their great gluten-free products!
