Dear Gluten-Free and Vegan Patrons,
You all are important to us! We wanted you to have a better understanding of the ingredients we use.
Our gluten-free cupcakes are made with a flour that contains garbanzo bean, potato, sorghum, tapioca, and fava bean flours. We understand the importance of cross-contamination; we thoroughly clean our kitchen and equipment prior to initiating baking, we never bake gluten-free and regular cupcakes side-by-side instead beginning any baking day with gluten-free, we use pans and liners specified for gluten-free use only, and we have special storage and handling procedures for our gluten-free product.
Our vegan cupcakes do not contain any animal products: milk, eggs, or butter. We use unbleached organic all-purpose flour and sugar. We also use a butter alternative that contains soy and coconut milk as key ingredients in our product.

Caramel Apricot Pecan
